Default Advise needed - Temp fuel tank fix

HELP ... does anyone know of anything I could use to fix a small leak (pinhole sized) in the underside of my lad's petrol tank??? (Yamaha XJ600) .... I know about the stuff you pour into the tank, but need a temporary fix for maybe a couple of weeks, or so, to keep him on the road till I can sort it properly, as he uses the bike to get to work and back every day ... Would Araldite do it, or is there something better????

Cheers

Any Marine or Simple Automotive Epoxy Putty - sets like a rock - might want to rough
up around the pinhole to give it something to grip to.
