My question is what type of material is factory fairings made of? I'm trying to buy an upper panel for my F4i 2001 bike. I see a part for sale but it's made of fiberglass/urethane. Don't want to have a mismatch.

They are made from ABS Plastic.

It's just plastic, not fiberglass. I know this because I had to drill a couple 1.75 in holes in it once... Frame sliders. That wasn't fiberglass I was drilling.
