I am new to this forum, I am an aprilia forum member and ride both an 2003 Aprilia RS125 and a 98 Honda CBR 600F3. I really enjoy the site and have just watched until recently. I wanted to show you guys a fairing modification I am producing and will finish this spring. It will work with any F3 model and would be willing to modify the design if someone with an F2 or otherwise wanted to use it. It is a trimmed race fairing with an additional ram air intake, preliminary studies show a 5%-10% increase in air velocity through the air box. The headlight fitting is solid twill weave carbon fiber molded to fit smooth with the fairng cuts. It holds two high power halogen projection bulbs and a set of mini amber driving prjection lights which are on a switch of thier own. Ram air duct is also formed from the same carbon fiber molding process. This design is going on my CBR and I dont mess with anything that is low in quality or craftsmanship. I would be glad to produce this same front end for anyone interested. It is a great design and will improve bike performance as well as safety because of the huge step up in illuminating the roadway. I dont have the total price for the entire project but I am fairly certain it will fall around $400 for parts and labor. Just drop me a line if anyone is interested.

+1 on more pics. If I hit the lottery, I would get it. The f3's are good looking except for the cyclops headlight. Thats the only thing i hat about my bike.

I like the way it looks too,

Note= you need to lean back when you do your wheelies. Looks kinda like your getting scared of falling backwards.

The bike is 198 pounds. If I dont lean forward it will loop. No joke. Here are some new pics of the mod progress.

If you want to see one of the new fairings that I am working on email me at cjgoals@yahoo.com. I also plan in the near future to reproduce these fairngs at a price that everyone
can afford because I am such a nice guy, I have a wife too, and mods are great but the band we must not break.

Like I said before I plan in the near future to reproduce these fairings using a process that is not expensive so that makes everyone happy because getting one of these babies
for you F3 will be easy.
