is it possible to powder coat a rim so it looks chrome? if so how much?

There is a chrome powder, but it dosnt look very much like chrome. Its merely a silver. Here is a pic here or some car rims i did:

That "chrome" is pretty nice looking. Sort of a cross between machined and the usual factory silver paint. Did the customer like it?
