I recently bought an 01 F4i that already has a Scorpion high mount exhaust but no passenger rearset.... Does anyone know if high mount exhausts allow enough clearance for mounting passenger rearsets?? I can take a picture if needed to show what I mean...

Thanx

It depends on the brand, that one was not made to keep the rearsets but you could probably fabricate a spacer for them. Mine were made to incorporate the back pegs but the midpipe on mine is alot closer to the bike. here is what i mean

I believe most of the high mount company's make an adapter to allow your pegs to fit but you have to contact scorpion.

I had to cut off the oem exhaust mount off the right passenger rearset...ground it smooth... bought two longer bolts so I could bolt the high-mount exhaust bracket to the back-side of the rearset mount...cut and dremelled the exhaust bracket into place and, violla........
