ok so ive had my f4i about a year now.. back in september i laid her out after hitting some nasty rail road tracks.. well the rebuild progress took awhile shes now comming togther nicley... some parts are still on the way n still got some parts i need to put on but for the most part shes ready... tell me what you guys think! did all the work my self too so feels good knowing i built it not bought it...

I'm going with all red no decals on mine as well, and I'm glad you posted these pictures, because I was torn about painting the duct covers... Now that I can see what it looks like, I'm glad I left them black. Otherwise, looks good!

thanks! yea i had alot of fun... prolly should of wore gloves cause i defineitly got mechanics hands now lol... but yes all red was the way to go.. the color i went with was New Forumla Red. They use it on Nsx's and S2k's... Better pics will go up once i get all the remaining parts i ordered :-D

and i did not paint the fairings myself, i paid a shop doown the street...they charged me 350 for it all, i just had to remove all the stickers which was a bitch! lol

I noticed a gap between your air ducts and left fender. Is that from the damage the bike sustained or from the new fairings?

new fairings. everything is oem except headlight fairing. headlight fairing is the ebay movistar one. DONT buy these fairings UNLESS you plan on rocking them as is. NOT good if you plan on repainting lol ... i got a good deal on it which made it cheaper to buy the whole moviestar kit then just the oem fairing. sellin the rest cause all i needed was that one but fitment is a lil rough along that side where you see a gap. besides cheaper quality it looks fine after being painted

$350 is not too bad, they charged me $150 just for my tank..but they took of my stickers though...i was looking at the movistar kit looks nice..but decided to go with the seven stars kit..i just love the way a black bike looks, matches my 03 Si...looks tufff

looks good mate. I work for a Car dealership that has a bodyshop i got all my stuff painted for 150. Painted it Dark Lava Gray. Its an Audi colour
