It was too good of a deal to pass up! Monday a guy in the parts dept at my work brought in this jacket to try and sell for his neighbor.... coincidentally it was red and black (matches my bike) and my size (42).It's a Hein Gericke 'Urban Warrior' leather jacket... pretty nice! I did some digging around on the net, and it seems this jacket came out in 2004-05 sometime, so it's not all too old. MINT condition though... seriously doesn't even look like it's been worn! From what I've found it was about a $400 jacket when it was new, so it's one of their higher end jackets.Vented aero hump on the back, full sleeve windproof liner, and lots of vents and adjustability.... very comfortable too! Kinda heavy, but that's a good thing I would think... it's nice thick leather. I don't think it will be the greatest cold weather jacket due to the perfs in the chest and shoulders... they do work!! But for the price I paid I don't really care... I might still get another one for winter time and use this one in the summer, or just keep it as a spare

The only thing that's kinda weird is it looks like an angry pumpkinface on both the front and the back, lol. Oh well that's alright...

Cant say i have ever heard of them, but looks pretty nice overall. Just asking cause i cant tell from the pics, but is it armored? Like in the elbows, looks like its not.

Yup it's got armor... just doesn't stick out much on the outsidebut it's there. CE approved in the shoulders and elbows, and double layer leather in both. Has a back pad too but it's pretty thin... gonna look into getting something better to stick in there

It doesn't seem like you see this brand all too much, but all the reviews I've found were fantastic. Seems it's much more popular over in the UK from what I hear

Excellent Jared. Hein Gericke is, or was, a German company, they used to import a lot more. I've had a Gericke leather since...wait for it...since 1990, and believe it or not, I still wear it every week. It has held up very well, but I finally picked up a Spidi humdinger this year to replace it.

Let me know i how you like it, ive been looking at 1pc suits by them on sport bike track gear for a while, they seem good and are fairly reasonable for a full suit at about $550
