I never use to hate em. But recently, our family cat did something unforgivable. I had my helmet sitting on my car in the garage. Its a car I'm restoring so its kind of dirty. I layed out a towel and sat my helmet on the car. I went out the next day and saw the cat sitting on the towel. Hmm.. I dont see my helmet........... that is until I walk around and see it laying on the cement. the helmet was on the roof of the car, so it was about a 5 foot drop. I can't tell where it hit as there really isnt any scratches or anything, But I'm not gonna wear it anymore.

I have 3 cats. I have hooks on the walls for my helmets fyi.. 2 dollars for a 5 pack

 

just sell it on eBay without the story to it.lolol...

i dont particularly hate them...but damn their smell!!!

Is that helmet really trashed now? Shoot I'll buy it. I found this on the snell website. It might put your mind at ease about a $500 loss.

So far my cat has only destroyed my futon and lamp.

 

it was probably trying to rub on the helmet and accidentaly knocked it off, cant blame a cat for wanting a scratch
