I bought this one for my F4i. The seller lists them on eBay. GREAT product, very stable, very low-profile. I leave it on 24/7 and don't even notice it when the camera isn't installed. Does not block gas tank filler.

It looks cool but the only thing I am sorta questioning is at high speeds when you get low if it would be right in your face?? Bro can you take a picture of yourself or someoncroutched down on the bike with it on so I can see. If it looks good I think I am going to buy one!

the tank mounts have no up/down adjustablity. Mine uses a ram-mount.

PlayfulGod: thats an oregon scientific right? So that has good visibility through your smoked screen? I have the same thing, thought I would have to find a place on the side of the bike to mount it. Did you make the mount or buy it?

Yea its the ATC3K, it sees thru the smoked windscreen alright during the day. Get in a dark/shady spot or it gets dark it no see to good lol. Nah I didnt make the mount, got it from http://ram-mount.com

I plan on trying to mount it in several spots with all the straps n mounting stuff that came with the cam.

I haveones from Sportbikecam.com (http://www.sportbikecam.com/home.php) (both a front and rear). Very light-weight. Use a Sony Handy-Cam Mini-DV (tape).

Here's a video of the front-mount at a trackday I did a couple of weeks ago: Eagles Canyon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pU9Y8r1NhxE)

I do like the mount. Very stable, can leave the mount on without the camera and it doesn't interfere with anything. Camera mounts to a platform and has some padding, then mounts onto the tank bracket. Seems pretty smooth, had it up to 140 mph and still great picture.

Thanks, too. That's my favorite track, and it's only about 20 minutes from my house.

I fabricated a mount to attach to the swingarm spool threads...........not bad, and a much different angle than most people use.

Yeah that is different. Watching it I kept thinking the camera was going to drag in a turn, looks awesome!

Here's my tank mount with Sony camcorder. This is all 35mph road so there's no 'action', I just wanted to test the steadiness of the mount. Notice I was able to swivel it off to the left and it did well there as well. The YouTube compression mucks up some of the motion - it looks crystal clear right off the camera.

This is my Oregon Scientific ATC2K cam off the left handlebar. The location of the camera was pretty sweet, but it didn't like the vibes coming through the bar. The video seems to be 'rolling' at times.

Sorry the roads suck, this IS Florida.

Yeah, I made sure to do the lean angles and all the maths to make sure that the camera during full lean would be less than a quarter inch from the road surface. I have another video I have to still edit that shows me riding in the Gila Mountains.......and the camera scraped a little because the road surface was reversed banked (and my maths didn't account for that), :D
