Default Lots of vibration at 9k RPM

I have an 01 F4i. I get a lot of vibration in the handle bars at 9k to about 11k and then it goes away. Is this normal? If not can it be fixed?

It depends what you mean by lots of vibration, some is normal at high rpm.

Enough that is unsettling. I just find that it is wierd that it stops after 11 and is smoothe to redline.

Mine recently started doing this around 7k, and stops slightly higher, but only in the left handlebar. Also under high acceleration, the right handlebar gets super shakey. I may try a different set of heaver bar ends to see if it solves the problem.
