What is the best front wind screen to get?
I have Cycle Cat risers so I am up a little now. It's hard to tuck below the wind. I have heard though that a higher screen will just cause a greater vacume behind the rider and can actually slow you down at high speeds.
Any takers on this question?

I have a Puig and like it alot. All the popular brands of windscreens like Zero Gravity, Sport Tech and the others sold by reputable internet parts stores like the sponsors of this site are good.

I have Zero Gravity one for sale. I just replaced it with a mirrored (mercury) shield. It is a double bubble smoke windscreen, only $35 if you want ti. It is in GREAT shape

If it is a light smoke for an 04 I might be interested.

If you're over 6'2 tall, a double bubble is usually a waste of $$$.
Instead of the air hitting you in the chest, it hits your forhead.
Alot more buffeting etc. I replaced stock screen on my old F4.
Stock 1000RR screen is better for me then either stock / DB F4 screen.
Never noticed "3mph top speed gain" either [:-]

+1 on the PUIG. they're a few dollars extra than no-name, but about the same as zero gravity and the better brands. the thing i noticed was the thickness - 3mm, thicker than the zero g.

Sport tech makes a nice one, thick too. Just don't lay your bike down or it will shatter (from experience, lol)
