So can anybody tell if thats a plate on the bike?? New bikes dont come with plates.

yeah they do come with plateswhen the dealer goes to the registry and gets plates for you....all the dealers around here willhandle everything in house, you just pay them the registry fee's and they get your plates

I know that in the state ofVA, You can have you plates installed at the dealership during the buying process.

New Rider (w/eg0) + New Tires + Letting out the clutch tooo fast = Bike on pavement & pride hurt.

Really? In Washington ST they give you a paper temp for abut a month till the plate comes in. For cars and bikes. I figured it was like that in most places.
