What does everyone use on their F4i's?

I am looking at the Scotts and the GPR.....leaning towards GPR due to price....any thoughts from those that have dampers?

This will be on a 2002 F4i. Thanks,

I have an Ohlins on mine.... love it!! But pretty much any damper from Ohlins/Scotts/GPR/ect (there's a few more I forget the exact name right now) are all top notch stuff. Pretty much comes down to how much adjustability you want and how much you want to spend. For just street riding, I would say any of them would get the job done just fine

I will be using this on the track, if that helps.

Can anyone hook up a group buy for GPR stabilizers? I would be interested in one.

I know my stabilizer isn't on an F4i, but I love my Scotts on my 954. The GPR may be a little more suitable for track use because it has 1-8 different settings with a clear indicator of what setting it is on, while the Scotts is the only stabilizer with three fully adjustable circuits. The main adjustment knob on the Scotts has many more settings than the GPR but I usually measure my setting from either all the way hard or all the way soft (that sounded dirty... [sm=oopssign.gif]). Haha, anyways I like my Scotts but I've never rode with a GPR or anything else, it's pretty much personal preference!

I might also be interested in a group buy if someone sets it up.

Personally if the suspension is setup correct(sprung for the correct weight, sag etc) you shouldnt need a damper. Unless you are doing stunts.

I have the Hyperpro RSC on mine. I think they look better than scotts or GPR but it is a matter of preference. They all perform the same or similar
