Default Bolts and such

I can't find alot of the fairing bolts that I took off a couple weeks ago. I looked around some local hardware stores but no one seems to carry metric button head bolts. I saw a couple generic sets on ebay that were kind of expensive, any ideas where I could get some more? or any ideas what to search for on ebay? thanks

Well there's often times fairing bolt sets on ebay with everything... that'd be the way to go if one pops up, might have to keep looking for a lil bit. But if you want to order some new ones you can order them from www.ronayers.com but hardware stuff is usually kinda pricey. Ebay is your best bet if you have a lil time to wait for a bolt set to pop up, otherwise gotta order them. Remember almost every bolt is different (thread pitch, thread diameter, lentch, ect) on the fairings... gotta order them individually not just a bunch of one bolt

Go to McMaster-Carr, they have a very easy to navigate website (www.mcmaster.com) I use them all the time for hardware. Im a mechanical design engineer and this website is one of my favorites. Type in the search bar Button head cap screws and you will have an endless list of them. Something like 10 bucks for 100 BHCS. Hope this will help...

Stay away from those e-bay bolts (yana shinko). Bought a set and those bolts melt when screwinginto my subframe...very poor quality. Had to drill them out...sucked. Ended up buying individual bolts somefrom Ace Hardware and others from BikeBandit.Com. Goodluck.

That sucks...bet you'll start making good use of those old cottage cheese containers. I bought a set from bikebolts.com and their good quality...but still not the same as the OE Honda ones.

+1 on what Jared, I mean thirdgenlxi stated.
try ronayers.com, I just ordered about 10 bolts screws for the bike ( 2 came off during 2 track days @ Autobahn) got some extras
Cheapest prices I could find but shipping cost and time is a bitch.
Minimum shipping is $9 and i won't get them for almost another week
