Hi guys I'm looking for a decent sportbike in the Dayton, OH area. I don't want a stunter or any naked bikes, and it has to be a 92 or newer, preferable a 600 but will consider larger engines, nothing smaller. The bike should be in good running order mechanically and preferably good plastics as well. Let me know what you have. I want to spend a max of $3k, but preferably under 2500.

have you tried craigslist too? theres usually a good selection of bikes on there, thats actually where i bought my 98 cbr 600 F3...

Yea I've been watching the site, waiting for a few people to get back to me from there actually. How much did you end up getting your bike for?

I've got an original 1987 Hurricane 1000F with just over 9300 miles on it. New tire's, chain, all fluid's up to date, new zero gravity windshield. Black and red. Normalbody wear from being bumped in the garage but otherwise probably a strong 7.5 out of 10.Never thought about getting rid of it but I'd let it go for around $2800 or so. Let me know, Jake.

Hey, thanks but your a few hours too late lol. I just picked up a 98 Yamaha YZF600R in excellent condition with a couple nice upgradesfor $3k, it's not the CBR I was hoping for, but it'll do for now, I'm just excited to finally have my own bike. I'll still be lurking the forums though, lots of good information here.
