Come on guys give it to me straight. Why am I not receiving any hits on this ad? Am I asking too much? Do I have too many miles? Or is the bike just damned ugly? What do you all think of the video? I'm a man I can take it!!!! thanks in advance.

i think you are asking too much in my opinion....just my .02 tho'

yeah after looking at it definitely too much i think....i mean you got new tires...ok.....the slip-on, and an air filter....plus it's got 9k on it....i think i overpaid on my '01 F4i, MINT....with 3200 on it stock and i paid $5500 with a jacket, cover, tank bag and helmet...

i dunno...considering you can get that bike cheaper at a stealership than what your asking i think...anyone else with an opinion?

I agree with the above. The price is to high and it's the wrong time of the year... I think the price is listed pretty close to what ASKING price should be, so I don't necessarily think that's your problem.

IMHO, less is more in sell ads.... Most people looking at used f4I are in the market for their first bike....They see lean and power commander and exhuast, etc and think this was a stunted bike...
I don't like to look at bikes or any vehicle that has been modded. People usually only mod for one reason.....
If I was in the market I would wonder why you flushed the coolant, added a high performance filter, exhaust, replaced the tires after only 6500 miles and talked about how it's funner @ 6k + RPMS if you never stunted it....
I wouldn't list the new tire @ all..Makes it seem like you burned the old one up to quick.
Something more along the lines of near mint condition 05 F4I. Never been dropped or raced hard...two brothers exhaust added that has a great sound....accessories, bla,bla,bla.....Bike is a blast to ride....Love to cruise around town.. Great bike for long trips.....bla, bla, bla....Must sell due to child, marriage, financial reasons, etc,etc...

You will probably have better luck selling it april, may (or earlier in Georgia) next year, problem with that is that it will probably depreciate an extra $300-$500 by then... Or you could sell it now for $300-$500 less than what it's worth and call it a wash.

+1 and the price is high remember when you sell a bike all the extras should not be added into the price

+1 on high price too. Last month I looked at a '05 F4i with 4700 miles in mint condition. He was asking $5900 and would take $5600. Still a little high for what I wanted.

I'm not feelin' the pinstripes. IMO when selling a bike try and make it closer to stock so you appeal to the widest audience. When people do a lot of customizing to a bike its what THEY want, not necessarily what other people want or find value in.
The price is a little high, maybe try $5999. Sucks, because I have the same bike which was bought new for $7995 and if I ever want to sell it (not planning on it), I'll take a beating. Anyways, good luck!
