whats the normal tire pressure for our back tires?

depends on what type of riding you're doing. there is no normal tire pressure.
for track and twists, usually around 31/30.

for commuting purposes, air them suckers up. i run like 34/38 on the street

Hondasays 36 psi front, 42 psi rear.

You might be able to get by long enough to get home, but i would keep it slow and get a new tire immediately.
