attach a clear tube to the bleeder nipple, run that tube to a catch can
find a wrench that will fit the bleeder nipple
open the rear resevoir
press the pedal open the nipple, close the nipple let go of the pedal
refill resevoir
repeat as necessary until the pedal is tight enough
