Has anyone used the RK 520 conversion with quick accelleration? I'm asking because I just installed and it seems that the front sprocket has a little bit of play even with the bolt tightened. Everything is tight and there wasn't a washer or spacer on the original. When I took it on a test ride, everything feels great and actually feels like a new bike. Overall I am happy with the change in gearing but just wondering if I should be concerned with the play.

I believe there has to be a little play in it. I had the same with mine, and no problems.

did you say that when you took off the original sprocket there wasnt a washer? cause if i remember correctly, i believe there is suppose to be a spacer/washer between the sprocket bolt and the sprocket. pretty sure about it, but not 100%...

some bikes have the washer, others don't. not to make matters worse, but i don't remember ever having the gap though...

I checked with the locals and they tell me that this is normal. Thanks for your input.
