This is embarrasing b/c i consider myself a grease monkey...i took my entire bike apart, put it back together, made it shine, and made it just freakin cool again.

One problem! How do i change the front tire on the bike?

I have 4 different jack stands and after about 1.5hrs of trying, i gave up as i knew i had to be doing something wrong.

I also have race stands, but i can't see how to remove the tire b/c the stand blocks the front axle.

The only way i could see doing it is by installing a winch from a cross beam and literally lifting the front of the bike up. If i do it that, what part of the bike is strong/safe to lift from?

Does anybody have any ideas how to do this?

Again...i feel dumb, it should be simple!!

is the exhaust that runs under the frame strong enough on my F4 to suppport the weight?

Rear spool/swingarm stand + motorcycle jack in the middle. Yes the exhaust that runs under the oil panis strong enough to support the bike.

Great, i have all that!!

I knew it had to be simpler then hoising the front...just didn't want to make the mistake and damage the exhaust.

Thanks!
