have had this bike for two months now nothing done to it except for sliders looking to install exhaust any feed back on good parts for the money spent would be greatly appreciated. between arrow full system and possibly arata yes or no ?

also wondering if one tooth down front sprocket how does it affect top speed i know it will be lowered but by how much ?
and honda offers a rear seat cover does it look good on the bike or does it look like some big gawdy bolt on thing ?

i think one tooth lower does something around 15 mph if im not mistaken, Ive always considered it as I go 100 120mph mostly on average so getting there faster is a better trade off than 184 which i havent ever gone

Have you considered doing the flapper valve mod? Easy way to gain a little low end power. Under the gas tank remove the air box cover and there is a plastic piece the opens when the bike hits around 6000rpms. Just push the big flapper under the air induction rubber pieces and the motor recieves fresh air at low rpms. I have been told Honda installed this piece for fuel effciency and emissions reason. I did the mod on my 2002 954 and did notice a minimal gain without negative effects.

whats up with the exhaust servo valve thing between that and the air box valve deal at around 6500 to 7000 the bike produces way more power is that because those both open ?

I think your refering to the HTEV system opening up. As far as i can tell the flapper valve in the air box and the HTEV system are working off the same servo motor with a system of cables that open and close in sinc. I havent disconnected the cables and opened up the exhaust to see if it makes a difference. Im sure to tell a noticable difference the fuel would have to be remapped to accomidate for the lack of back pressure and the abundance of air being sucked.

I think a +2 in the rear sprocket is a better idea and you may want to check out Two Brothers or Bos GP-1 http://www.bos-exhausts.com/e-gp1.html, those are my two favorites for cans.

i have a 02 954, went 1 down in front and 2 up in rear, thing runs great, still have top speed, got it up to 183, with the speedo off, prob about 170-175, but it gets u there quick as a bullet, i would do no less and no more
