I couldn't get past his rear wheel chatter from his inability to downshift properly when grabbing brake.

He's got some natural talent, but it needs some serious polishing... and a track. He's not Ghostrider afterall!

Maybe that he had the ability to do so? or maybe he was being followed. we don't know his intentions.....but we know he's pretty f-en dumb to be doing that in public.....
