From what ive heard, the 600rr is better designed for the track. An F4i is a good bike, plenty of em, so there will always be plenty of parts for sale.

600RR's have virtually no storage under the seat due to the exhaust ( you can barely get a pair of gloves under there....The F4i is better ( a little) in that respect and the 600RR is by far the "more Modern" bike, in terms of performance and equipment, but the F41 is awesome as well, especially if you just starting out

Ride uk did a test not so long ago about the latest 600's RR, Gixxer, ZX6 and R6 (04) models vs the 02 models and the 02 600FS (F4i) won hands down due to strong residuals/value for money, excellent build qulity, handling, performance and useability. It was only let down by a slight lack of ground clearance on the track. This was determined by a track pro who deemed it more than enough for mortal man and one of his personal favorites! [8D]

the f4i is more ergonomically friendly, also the RRs suspension is more for the track. both great bikes

to get more techical the RR has inverted forks bigger breaks and the egros make you lean foward towards the handlebars quite a bit more for a more uncomfortable yet more stable ride *for the track*

also the exhaust is diffrent and if you want to get technical the RR has about 5-10 more HP depending on what year you are looking for "the 07 is a beast*

but for all normal reasons the F4i outperforms the RR as far as being a normal bike on the street they will do the exact same things only the F4i will do it more comfortable.
