Well, I'm just thinking about it at this point, but after going to take a look at the '07 600 RRs yesterday, I'm thinking about selling my F4i (or trading it in).
I like the looks of the new RRs, and of course the underseat exhaust. Is is much lighter than the F4i too. The ergonomoics aren't nearly as bad as the '05 RRs (when I was comparing to buy my current bike). The front end is raised substantially, and it feels only a bit lower than the F4i. WAY better than in years past.
Add to that the fact that the rear swing arm has taps for spools - really important to me after my bike fell over on topof me while I was lubing the chain. I guess I was rubbing too hard, and got some lube on the swingarm. The bike wasn't damaged (very small mark on the stator cover), but it scared me, and I hurt my hand in the process. That stupid part of the F4i (no spools) has always annoyed me.
What are your thoughts? Anyone rode a new RR?
