Had a nasty 'get off' on the way to MotoGP...head first into guard rail, partial crushed 2 thorasic vertibre (sp) in my spine...my baby's a mess...right side totaled...fully insured w/ medical so all will be well in about 6-8weeks.
still in a lot of pain so I'm gonna keep this short. No, I'm not giving up riding...ever!

I post more details when I feel up to it.

Peace

Dude I hate to hear that -- glad you're still around and able to post. The bike is replaceable. Enjoy the medication while you can:D Hope ya have a quick recovery and no long term affects.

Damn man,
Sorry to hear that. Like Chain said, i'm glad you are around and able to post up. Take care of yourself and get better. The bike can be repaired or replaced.

So how ya doing? With me 4th day after a boo-boo or surgery is like the turning point and the healing gets easier.

Hey folks,

Sadly Limp, it happened on the way...funny thing is that I had shipped some clothes and stuff up for the weekend and it never arrived either...guess I just wasn't meant to go eh?

Chain, I'm definately feeling better day by day...the bike was a total loss, but my friend pulled off the reuseable bits...Ohlin's shock, PCIII, Corbin seat, etc. So I'm thinking either another 954 or maybe 1000RR...either way I figure I'm about 4-6 weeks from even being able to ride.

Thank you Chain, Limp & Neo for the replies.

Peace

I hope all is well, look at the positive it’s like a holiday from your bike so when you get back on, it would be like jumping on a new bike for the first time. [sm=signs003.gif]
