Guys, i'm in love with something that i will probably not even be able to see in the flesh. the 1992 honda nr750. does anybody have pictures of one? there were only about 200 made in the world, i red that their is only one in america, in barber. i want to buy one, but considering there are only that many made, i know that it will never be possible. can anybody share any info on this at all? anything, i cant get enough of this amazing beautiful machine.,..

Yeah, I can tell you that you could buy 3 Ducatis for the price of the 750. Nice looking machine, but I have never seen one for sale. You could probably stand a better chance of buying Freddie Spencers NSR 500. Kick ass looking bike, I still have the article from Motorcyclist, but have never seen one in person.

Sorry, the NR technoligy, may never show up in production again... too strange, too exotic. As far as getting one, of a handfull... good luck even finding one for sale !!!!!!! You could buy 10++ duc's, for... where are collectors going to find a longterm supply of oval pistons, rings... or bodywork, 'cause stuff happenz !!!!!! NR's are the rarest of the rare... I'd love one too. Slurp, drool drool !!!!!!!! Hope'n your dreams come true !!!!!!!!!! ( can I wash it for ya????!!!!!... PLEASE????!!!!!) Clean and free, Ripp'n

929 FRB18 I too share your love. LOL. 32v V-four w oval pistons. 8 titanium conecting rods. I would condsider selling my mom for this work of art. You can't compare the NR 750 to a Ducati! This is why we won't see another hyperbike from Honda. The last great one was the RVF 750 R and those are rare too. The market isn't there especially for something that comes from Japan and costs twice as much as it's inferior European counterparts. The bike was and still is no joke even 15years later. It made 160hp at 14k rpm. Saw one on ebay for a starting price of $69k. This is from my pic library enjoy.

If you are serious about buying one check out GP Star in Hollywood CA. They usually have one in stock. I think the average price is about 65k. check out their site, they always have the rarest bikes on the planet. Amazing this bike was made in 1992 (pre ducati 916) and it had singlesided swingarm, dual headlights, underseat exhaust, e.f.i, digital guages, and loads of carbon, and not to mention the oval pistons. Light years ahead of it's time. WELL DONE HONDA! Oh yeah and Bindels, you are to dam fast, I was going for the vid clip of the chick dropping it and you beat me to it.
ok, is it just me, or is that a freakin V8 bike? holy mother of god that thing looks hot.

no look closely it has eight connecting rods but only four pistons...........That has to be one of the coolest engines ever designed. I would not figure the cylinder walls would stay intact in that shape. That bike was so far ahead of its time it wasnt practical then. I say honda bring it back. In place of the RC51 I am sure the engine has a ton of machine work to it though. Maybe modernise the suspension and breaking.
