yea jacksonville blows....ima military brat who got stuck here. I see enough people on bikes in my town i figured there would be at least a couple people on the forum from the same place. Although Gixxers seem to sell like hotcakes round here...2 out of every 3 sportbikes in my town seem to be a gixxer.

I'll be back at Bragg in June of next year. Would definitely be down for some rides but that's a long ways off.

I live in Greenville. I belong to the Dogg Pound out of Fayetteville so I do a lot of riding down there. There is not a lot of "kickstand" riders there at all. Greenville on the other hand is growing with it's motorcycle community (Thank GOD!)

I'm in Greenville. Thought I'd bring the thread back up and see if anyone wants to organize a ride like the last poster suggested...

Up in Hickory, love to ride the Mountains. Got some new back roads to try out. Lots of twisties.

What roads do you speak of. Im in Charlotte but I can head north anytime for some good roads with lack of traffic.

hey stockrocket, i know what you mean. everyone runs around trying to look good on the gixxer and no one knows how to ride. everyone sits at the bp/mcdonalds all day and go no where. pm me if you wanna ride sometime, me and my buddies hit a couple roads out in maysville everyweekend and venture down maple hill when we're feeling brave.

Hell ya man, couple friends and I are always hittin up the backroads around mayesville and old maple hill got to be my favorite spot to ride. Only place u can really get a good knee drag around here that i know of.
