Good evening,

Moving and time for some of the toys to go.

This is a very nice ,clean, professionally built F4i turbo! It has a GT15 garrett turbo, Mr Turbo plenum, Mr Turbo fuel pressure regulator mounted off of the fuel rail, high pressure fuel pump, small liquid filled turbo boost gauge mounted just below instrument panel, M4 muffler and aftermarket windshield. I installed a CBR 1000RR radiator for extra cooling capacity which was a job! I set up the fan so it can be turned on when the rider wants it to come on or you can install an aftermarket fan temp sensor which has various settings. The turbo is well hidden and hard to notice unless you really look.

It made about 150 HP at around 9 lbs of boost with octane booster and pump gas which -- horsepower is adjustable!! This bike is fun to ride as it makes good power and the turbo system is set up so all the power can be used from 2nd all the way through 6th w/o having to worry about it coming over on your head! This is a daily driver with great street manners.

This bike was built by me which is one of 8 different turbo bikes I have built. My other turbo bikes were a KZ1300, KZ1000, 2 CBR 900RR's, CBR 929, CBR F4, CBR F4i and a GSXR 1000. I'm a master tech and this F4i is built right. I encourage you to come look at this bike so you can see the workmanship and how clean it is.

I bought the bike from a guy that had a minor accident and scuffed up the body work. The frame, pegs, wheels, handle bars, seats, headlights etc WERE NOT DAMAGED, it had frame sliders which did a great job protecting the bike. I have a clear Texas (rebuilt) title due to the fact that the bodywork was so expensive and the insurance company did not want to pay for the repairs. AGAIN, this bike was not hammered, only body work and I encourage you to come see it.

We are relocating and several toys have to go. $5000 OBO The bike is located in Houston Texas. My email address is turbocycle@aol.com.

GOD bless.

Why te hell you would have a full exhaust with a turbo? That would kill the spool time man plus that piping is a lil small i dont even see where a turbo could be i call bull****

Thanks, bro. You just saved someone from buying the bike thinking there was a turbo on it when there really isn't. [sm=rolleyes.gif]

I also call BS that it's red!!

jeez.

To the OP : I personally don't understand why 600's get turbo'ed when it would probably cost less to get a 1000 with more hp, but otherwise sweet bike.. G'luck with it.

I am sure they do it for the same reason that anyone modfies anything. Because they can.;)

I personally would just but a liter bike, but I am not really into turbo bikes. They are good at going fast in a straight line, and I like a little bit of lean in my life.

I still have to give him credit for it. It's a cool sleeper.

dude you know know anything about turbos? yesback pressure is bad for them but if you just have a 6 inch pipe coming off the turbo you will have turbo lag and have slow spool up. the only reason many people run a small pipe off them is to have more top end. if theres no pipe the turbo can regulate the exhaust gases better and will not have boost spikes. having pipe hooked up to ur exhaust (aftermarket), will result in more power through out the whole rpm range. the piping on f4i isnt to small. on my supra and both eclipse 3in exhaust straight back no cats just piping is plenty up to 700 hp. the slip-ons are aroung 2.5 inch. if you ran 2.5 from the turbo to your slip on that would be perfect plus you know how loud it would be open exhaust you wouldnt make 1000ft with out being pulled over.

oh yeah for the person that said you could buy a 1000 for cheaper than to turbo a f4i you can put together ur own kit for around 1100 thats including a garrett gt15 turbo and power commander. if you know what ur doing. plus a 1000 makes what 140 hp? f4i turbo will make over 150 to the wheels @ 9 psi and pump gas. race fuel around 175 or so.
