im about to buy an 05 RC 51 with 500 miles on it for about 9 grand from a 58 year old. anybody have any suggestions or opions? i really want a repsol but my limit is 9 grand.

not sure if this will help you since i'm in Illinios but i've got a buddy who's selling his REPSOL for $8000! you could buy it and have it shipped for like $500... and still be under your limit. let me know...

RC51 is a great bike, especially if you like da twisties; entirely different ergos than my RR, but very nice bike none the less...9k isn't a bad price, and if the guy that rode really is 58k, its probably in great shape. My buddy has an 03 and he absolutely loves his bike, a bit heavier than the 1krr, and not as quick, but handles like a dream, especially at speed
