Where? as is where to take it so they can do the work? Basically you are just sawpping out the whole rear section from an 01 or 02 that had the split rear seats. its pretty simple just unbolt the old and bolt on the new. not really complicated at all just getting the stuff might be a little expensive because you need the rear sub frame from an 01 ect. i know ive posted and seen posts with the list of items. also and shop that does motorcycle work can do the swap just tell them what you want done and give them all the parts. THe rear sub frame will bolt right up and then after that everything else was made for that sub frame anyway so it will all bolt right up, shouldnt be a problem but i would definatly do it myself because its easy and a shop would charge you way to much money to do it. Plus i doubt any shop out there is sourcing the parts and offering it as kit or something. Hope this answers your questions.

for someone to make a kit they would have to manufacture the sub-frame, the fairings the seat the passenger pegs ect. I think there are just to many types of materials for one company to make all the required parts. Maybe im wrong here i don't know. But the other route is to have a place that just gathers all these parts from junked bikes and then sell that as a kit, much like how different companies sell complete engine swaps and what not. they just source the items and then sell them to you unfortunatly they have to turn a profit so im sure they would be expensive.
