looking for rear seat with everything bolted to it that makes it work. if anyone has one let me know

SORRY. thats was kind of first grade writing. just looking for a rear seat. i just bought a subframe and want to make sure the seat come with mounting brackets and the lock to close the seat.

so yes just the rear seat. anyone got one?

I got a question:
I need to replace my rearset. I want something adjustable (I don't know why, just sounds like a good idea), must be able to mount a brake light swich to it, capable of reverse shift (GP), and more crash durable than the stock set. I go OUCH (price) when I look at the ones that start w. a V. I saw somewhere that someone was making some for $130 bucks, but they weren't adjustable.

The stock locations are good for me at this point. Can someone tell me why I really need adjustability at my novice level? I am doing a trackday in 2 months.
