I ordered some new tail number plates from tapeworks and installed them last night. First of all, I want to say as someone who deals with vinyl decals quasi-professionally I must say that tapeworks' stuff is absolutely top-notch. Very well done.

I wanted to get a little different look on my F4, kinda going for a cross between the old 929 look and a Ten Kate racer. I also wanna get a new cover for the back seat to match the cowl for when I use the rear seat. Anyway, here's some quick pics, I think it turned out great (btw - the colored 600F4i logos are mine, not tapeworks. although I'm sure they could do the same thing.)

looks good, do you know if tapeworks offers the same type of vinyl with a race number put in it. i was thinkin about maybe putting a 98 on the rear for zemke, but not sure how a numbered rear would look.

looks great! I was thinking of doing something similar on mine... what kind of turn around time did you get from them and how much $$? TIA!

they shipped it the day after i ordered it - so i had it in 2 days. one of the really nice things about tapeworks' stuff is the comprehensive documentation - very thorough and well done, makes it as plain as possible for people who really aren't familiar with what it takes to apply vinyl and have it look right. the vinyl and application tape is a good quality also. one of the reasons i use them from time to time is that they have all the OEM patterns which makes fit a whole lot easier on difficult shapes. now that i've got this kit i can reproduce it fairly easily.
the kit i got is a #1069 (http://tapeworks.com/HONDA%20Pages/1069.html), white with black letters. $88 bucks included shipping. a little tricky to apply because of the shape of the tail - patience is a virtue.
