Yer that road up the mountain is bad arse... I have a huge vid of it near top to bottom ...will edit it and upload it a bit later ..

All my on bike cams were done with bungie cam ...the cam over my neck on its strap and help around me with a std bungie strap ....a bit hit and miss though as far as height of the shots go ... took a couple of 15 min runs shooting nothing but my guages :icon_doh: ....(take 5 - 6 - 7 ..LOL)

That editing thing is actually a free application from that site ... its ok , but it has that tag at the end , so I stopped using it on the last few vids......

You might like it ...has a few simple effects and stuff to play with ...

That road is a great place to die ...there have been many deaths from who we call the Weekend Warriors crews (groups of weekend visiting sport bike riders) that come down here just to race on that road and many have died doing it over the years ..

Well sheeeeeeit, as we say here in Texas. I just finally stumbled across this thread and these vids are GREAT.

That last one with Supertramp and U2 soundtrack was killer. (Was it my imagination or were you spending a fair amount of time in the passing lane over a hill and around corners? - Kinda scary, that was.)

I love the narration too. It dawned on me that the Internet really is like a book in that you can't see or hear anyone, so you get pictures and sounds in your mind. And then the real appearance and voice are always a surprise. It's good to get a feel for the real folk.

I'll just say, I expected you to sound like Johnny Cash and talk with a country accent, but no, you sound like a spring chicken. I respect people who still think young. Somebody guessed my age 15 years low the other day. That was a good day.

OK, you've got me pumped now. Hopefully this weekend I can get some facecam time in and show you all around these parts. Great job Steve.

Australia is a great place , but its huge mate ... near 4000klm across and 3000 top to bottom ... you would be up for some big distances to cover this place once you got here ...

England/Europe is the place Trout. It's our whole history. I love London and surrounds. Hampton Court Palace is a must see. Then go to the country (south) and go through the chunnel and see northern France (remember D-Day?). Then to Paris. Train passes let you get just about anywhere fast and easy. Italy. Portugal is supposed to be a steal, and you can travel through Spain. It's all a matter of time (and a little money).
