Questions: 19990 CBR100F
1. Does the Genamr CBR600 riser kit (referenced below) fit the CBR10000F fork tubes?
2. What year VFR Clipons fit the CBR100F?

the GenMar risers don't accomplish anything you can't do without them...save your money. You can simply raise the bars on the fork legs and re-tighten...no risers needed. Just make sure you don't raise them so high that the pinch bolt isn't squeezing fully on the fork tube.

Part #: GM-H113
Fitment:Honda CBR600 1991-current, CBR1000 1991-current, VFR750 1990-current

Jim the vfr bars I used on my 93 CBR were from a 1992 VFR not so much for extra
height more for wrist angle (not as dropped an angle).
My 1990 is next for a set.

Anything for 41mm forks will work , vortex , woodcraft to name but a few

(Note be careful earlier vfr bars were for 39mm fork tubes) FORK TUBE SIZE LINK

Thanks what is the rise on the VFR clips? I measured mine from the top of the tripple clamp to the top of the bar is 2.5". I'd like to get 3.5 - 4.0" total rise. Will the VFR's do that?

Just a hair over 3.25" ....... thing is any higher and you are into a longer
front bake line and the throttle cables start becoming an issue too.

I found it a good stretch for the front brake line with the vfr bars and I
had to dick about with the throttle as well

Another alternative...

Apex Store :: Riser Clip-ons

One neat thing about these is that you can get whatever rise you want plus the bars themselves are eccentric and at an angle, so you can adjust the lay of the bars as well as the rise. I've seen them in person, and they're slick.

By my rough measurements, they raise the height about 2" and they pull back about 1", so the combination of the two movements is significant. I thing the Genmars only raise it 3/4" with no pull back. The pull back on these bars is caused by the handles projecting out from the center of the downtubes rather than off the front side of them like the stock handlebars do.
do they clear the fairing ? my 90 CBR1000F doesnt seem to have much room to move lock to lock in comp to the fairing .

Has anyone tried the VFR's on a F3? I'm concerned with the brake MC
clearing the windscreen of a stock bike.
