Default any1 put cb919 or other fuel inj. on 98 900rr?

I was wondering if anyone has swaped the fuel injection from a cb900(919) or other (929,954) to a 98cbr900rr. I have a 94 f2 with the 98cbr900rr (919) motor in it. Everything else has been moded and updated. Time to lose those carbs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok, now I have a bud who works at a honda dealership, he says the cb919 is all old "left over" stock of the 900rr motors from 96-99. Finding a wrecked cb919 is proving to be pretty hard to do, I as well have been asking if the motor is a direct bolt in or how hard the mod would be to convert to EFI. Noone wants to touch the topic though, I have asked if anyone knows if the 929 or 954 motors can be shoehorned into my 900rr frame, with no luck at responces.
I have recently heard that the stunter Tony D ( a die hard 900rr fan) uses 929 motors in his stunt bikes. But in a vid I have he goes into legnth stating that his shop modifies the 900rr frames to hold upto hard core stunting. So as for how much more he modifies his frames to accept the 929 motor is still to be told.
I hope some of this helps out, if I find out more info I will add to any posts regarding motor swaps!
Plus I have the ability to get 2 full 929 motors with 1 EFI harness at a good price( both motors will need to be used to make one good one, blown second gear in one).
P.S. Awesome pixx of the bike, my friend did a 92 f2 600/900rr motor swap the bike was a freaking animal, but way too much in frames mods to be real safe( the way he did it).

I just saw a Superbikes episode (I know, I know, a total YAHOO show) with the Tony D guy. It looks like he as strengthening plates on the side of the the frame, and also some extra tubes on the subframe, but it looked really, really hack (I've been a machinist/fabricator for 26 years, and I have my own ideas about how thing should be done, that is, do it right). Maybe I'm wrong and they didn't show a bunch of close ups, but from the video that I saw, not very sano work.

you're not ever going to get a 929 or 954 motor in a 900... much much too much work to ever be done. No way does Tony D run 929 motors in his 900's he doesn't even ride 900's anymore, he's on to 636's the cb919f motor could work though, but I think you'd need the tank with the fuel pump in it. one more thing, the cam timing on the cb919f is detuned compared to the 900RR, so you'll be down on horsepower unles syou swap cams. If you wanted to use a 900RR motor you would need atleat a CB919F head and injectors, in addition to ECU, harness, fuel pump, etc...

the 929/954 in a 900 frame is a no go, apples and oranges.(rear section of the motor is the frame, never fit)The 919 motor swap is possible, BUT, it is entirely too much work to make it fit and be reliable. The tps from the 919 motor will have you cuting a 2 inch deep section out of the left side of your frame, then you have to drill and tap the mount holes on the motor for the 900rr frame. (919 frame is a backbone style compared to the wishbone or stressed style of the 900rr)then the obvious wiring blah blah...

Iv e seen a guy start this project even get as far as the frame cut got the motor hung and then gave up. I'm guessing its not very easy.

Giving up after the motor was in? That sounds like a big loss.
