Will an F4i stator fit in an F4
I've read in numerous areas that the F4i stator produces as much as 100w more power than the F4 stator, so I'm wondering if I pick up the F4i Stator and Regulator/rectifier, if that will aid in my charging problems. But I want to make sure mechanically it will actually fit!
As a background, I switched to the f4i front end with the dual head light set up, with HIDs and Halos. I wired in buttons so i can turn on/off each individual light, but I also wired it so I'm running both 55W HIDs at the same time on both high and low beam. This seems to completely drain my battery and stall out the bike after about 20 min of riding.
I could re-wire so I'm only running one of the HIDs at a time, but would like to see if it's possible to increase the charging capacity so I don't have to do that.
Any help would me welcome.
