f3 motor with f2 carbs rpm problem

Well that was what I was thinking as well. Is it worth the $500 he wants if the motor is toast. He isnt far from me but with that said there are no fairings and the only thing I need for my motor I jave now are piston rings and a jead gaslet. Not to mention the motivation of puting my motor back together. Was also going to swap out the forks as well but if thats all im getting for 500 doesn't seem worth it

Thanks. With that being said I believe I have found another running f3 motor. My question now is if I get an f3 motor but use my f2 carbs which wiring harness do I have to go with and why? Ive heard you should use the f3 but if im going to get rid of the charcol canister and emissions along with the f3 carb what is the issue with using the f2 wiring harness

I can't think of any reason why since you're not using a fuel pump. But I'm not 100% sure.
