The 600RR USD fork conversion would prob be the best option. You'll need the entire front end.
Keep in mind that your front end will be lower by at least an inch.
Steering/frame stops may not match up.
May have clearance issues w/ clip-ons & levers if you are going to use fairings.
Will change body position.
Will change handling...may need a steering damper b/c turn-in will be quicker.
Good luck w/ your project.

the 954 front end fits great... though turning all the way one direction likes to stop on the radiator, but only like 1/16 of an inch from the stop... seems like the bike sits a little lower but that mey be from mismatched settings and one of them being completely dry... you will have to route most of the wires and the clutch cable to whichever way works best, in the manual the clutch cable runs through the frame behind the steering head (how that works out i have no idea)... and you can use the same, caged ball bearings, that come out of the f3... but what i'm going to do is order a tapered roller bearing kit from allballs which is only $35 before shipping (which is also cheap), tnd TRs are a ton better anyways... added bonuses of the 954 front end, besides improved suspension, are the front brakes are better, rim has less spokes so it looks a little cleaner, and the inverted forks just plain look better (imo)
will look something like this...
